“When God Leads Further” — under this title, a conference was held on May 8–9 at Second Slavic Baptist Church of North Highlands. These two days became a time of deep fellowship, inspiration, new friendships, and spiritual renewal for many participants.
Young people of various ages attended the conference. The atmosphere was very warm, lively, and open. From the very first moments, there was a strong sense of God’s presence and a sincere desire among people to seek answers, grow stronger in faith, and build relationships on the right foundation.
A special blessing was the ministry of the guest speaker, who shared practical and life-related topics. His messages were engaging, accessible, and deeply touched the hearts of the listeners. After each session, participants had the opportunity to ask questions, and the open Q&A format generated great interest and active involvement among the youth.
A separate session was held in groups and classes, where participants were able to discuss important topics more deeply, share personal experiences, and receive support and guidance. Many noted that the personal interaction and openness became one of the most valuable parts of the conference.
The musical ministry was another highlight of the evenings. Worship on both Friday and Saturday created an atmosphere of praise and unity. The young people actively participated in singing, prayer, and fellowship.
The organizers received many warm responses. People expressed gratitude for the sincerity, excellent organization, welcoming atmosphere, and the opportunity to openly discuss important life issues. For many, this conference became more than just an event — it became a place where God touched hearts, gave direction, and inspired people to move forward.
It was especially encouraging to see young people striving for genuine fellowship, spiritual growth, and authentic Christian relationships. Many expressed a desire to continue such gatherings, fellowship, and joint Bible studies in the future.
The conference once again demonstrated how important it is to create spaces where people can be heard, supported, and inspired to follow God in today’s world.
