
I, Pavel Ivanovich Belev, was born on November 11, 1980, in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, to a Christian family. My father, Ivan Petrovich Belev, was a pastor, and my mother, Zinaida Nikolaevna Beleva, was responsible for women's ministry.
In 1987, I began high school and graduated in 1998. On November 10, 1995, I repented at the Baptist Church in Chisinau, and on June 9, 1996, was baptized at the same church. Immediately after graduating, I entered the Chisinau Theological and Pedagogical College, graduating in 2002 with a Bachelor of Divinity degree.
In 2003, I got married to Anna Beleva, and together we had two daughters, and a son: Ellina, Sofia, and Mark.
After graduating from college, I went to serve in Anapa, Russia, as an assistant pastor for five years. I was involved in the following ministries: church teaching, preaching, youth ministry, baptismal classes, and leading a home group.
In January 2007, I joined the missionary, who was also a founder of the Holy Trinity Church, EHMS, in Anapa. My ministry included teaching (preaching, home group, and teaching the Alpha Course).
In 2010, I moved with my family to the United States, and settled in Seattle, Washington.
In 2009 I was ordained to the pastoral ministry.
In 2011, I was invited to the Spring of Life Church to serve as a youth pastor. In 2021, I was chosen as the lead pastor of the Spring of Life Church.
In 2023, I was elected to be a member of the Executive Committee of the Pacific Coast Association. At the PSCBA’s 87th Convention in 2025, I was elected Vice President of the Association.
