On May 31, a solemn water baptism service took place at Bryte Church during the English-speaking worship service. On this day, 35 people took their conscious step of faith — all of them representatives of the younger generation.
The baptism became a special event not only for those being baptized but also for the entire church congregation. These young people publicly testified to their faith in Jesus Christ and their desire to follow Him throughout their lives.
Pastors Peter Kondrashov, Anatoly Russ, and Alexander Pronin participated in conducting the baptism service. They congratulated the newly baptized on this important spiritual decision and encouraged them to grow stronger in faith, remain faithful to God, and be a light to those around them.
This day was made even more significant by the fact that after the baptism, the newly baptized believers participated in communion for the first time. Together with the church, they took part in the Lord’s Supper, remembering the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and entering into deeper fellowship with their church family.
The event took place in an atmosphere of joy, unity, and gratitude. Relatives, friends, and church members supported the young people, sharing with them this important moment of spiritual dedication.
Water baptism is one of the key events in the life of every Christian, symbolizing the beginning of a new life in Christ and dedication to serving God — a pledge to serve Him with “a good conscience.”
Once again, we congratulate Bryte Church on welcoming new members into the church family!
