From November 14 to 16, the United the Movement Core Team held their annual retreat at a cabin in Lake Tahoe. This retreat provided a dedicated time and space for members of the Core Team to step away from daily responsibilities for rest, reflection, and focused planning for upcoming events.
The retreat began with a short devotional led by Eugene Kamyshov, who spoke about the joy of serving in ministry and shared reflections on Acts 20:19 and 24. Throughout the weekend, the team discussed events from 2025 and prayerfully planned future events for 2026.
The Core Team is excited to present upcoming events for the youth of United the Movement and is honored to carry the responsibility of organizing gatherings that create space for worship, fellowship, and unity among brothers and sisters in Christ. The time spent together was a true blessing for the team.
On Saturday evening, Pastor Alexander Ivanov and his wife, Inna, from House of Prayer Church (WS), visited the retreat and shared an encouraging message, followed by Communion. Their visit was a meaningful and spiritually enriching highlight of the weekend.
After a spiritually fulfilling retreat, the United the Movement Core Team is grateful and renewed, ready to continue serving the Lord and the youth of United the Movement within the PCSBA.
