On October 25, 2025, the Living Stones Church campus in Rancho Cordova, California, hosted a Fall Festival — an event organized with the purpose of connecting with our community and sharing the Gospel. The day began with some concern about the weather, since the festival was planned outdoors and the forecast predicted rain. But our great God answered prayer — and the weather turned out beautiful!
For 4.5 hours, boys, girls, and their parents were able to show their skills and creativity at numerous active and artistic interactive stations and earn treats throughout the beautifully decorated church grounds. The festival also featured raffles with fun prizes and more than 20 delicious homemade cakes. Guests enjoyed tasty food and aromatic coffee in the fresh air.
At the center of all the stations was the main, easily accessible Gospel area, where people listened to the message and could talk about the most important questions: about God, the meaning of life, what happens after death, and much more.
All efforts, time, and finances were invested into sharing the Good News with our neighbors, friends, and passersby. After all, every person will face eternity, and where they spend it is determined here, while we are still living in the body.
Every person has sinned (Romans 3:23), and the punishment for sin is death (Romans 6:23). In other words, for God’s wrath to be satisfied for your sin, someone must die. And this is where Jesus Christ, the Son of God, enters the picture. Jesus Christ was born on earth and being 100% God and 100% man, never sinned once in His entire life. This made Him the perfect sacrifice to die in your place and pay for your sins and mine.
Before His death on the cross, Christ said, “It is finished,” meaning the payment was made in full. All that remains for you is to recognize your sinfulness, repent, and believe that Jesus Christ is your Savior. Then you will spend eternity with God, not with the devil.
Our hearts overflow with gratitude to God for His wisdom and blessings in every detail of this day and all the preparation. More than 80 people were involved in serving, and even more in fasting and prayer. He is the sovereign God, the God of gods and the King of kings. And again and again He reminded us of these undeniable truths. Glory to Him!
