Unique Ministry

There is a ministry that few people notice, but is very necessary in almost every church. They notice it only when it is not there or it stops working. That is the sound ministry. We immediately recognize the importance of this ministry when during the Sunday morning worship service, for example, we cannot hear the preacher well, or there is static, or we get the faulty amplification. After that, we start appreciating the importance of having quality sound equipment. Many years after Rick Warren opened The Saddleback Church, he was asked a question: “What would you do differently as part of your church plant?”. He said that he would have bought quality sound equipment.

We do not know how this heavenly worship looked like, but we can be sure that it was unique which we can’t compare to anything that is recorded by the human composers on this earth!
